April in Review
In a month of Easter and school holidays the team managed to capture a record number of properties for April. Traditionally the number of homes captured by the team drops off in April after a busy peak in February and March, but this year numbers have remained steady from January onwards with less fluctuation than previous years.
The majority of the work completed was for residential real estate with less commercial listings than the previous two months. Take a look at some of our work from the last month below, and learn a bit more about our Director Nathan!

Including images of animals or pets in your real estate listing can add a personal touch and help the potential buyer imagine their own pets enjoying the home. Often our photographers are required to wrangle all sorts of animals that are trying to photobomb the photos, but if they are in a good spot and posing nicely we can capture some lovely images that complement the listing.
