May in Review

The team were kept extremely busy throughout May which was our busiest month to date in 2026. It was also the first month this year that had comparable numbers to the same time in 2025, after a slower start to the year. Typically as the temperature cools so does the property market as we move into winter and also the end of the financial year. Interest rate increases and the political landscape have also impacted the sector with property sales and prices stalling nationwide.

There are always reasons people need to sell and lease properties however and the work continues throughout the areas we cover in Victoria and Queensland!

Take a look at some of our latest work below which included a lot of projects for builders in May, we love capturing their latest constructions which include residential and commercial buildings.

We have a special property of the month below which will appeal to horse lovers and we also take a closer look at iGuide Virtual Tours and how the NCPro Visuals team will be integrating the technology into their daily workflow.

iGUIDE: A Smarter Way to Showcase Property Online

Buyers are spending more time researching properties before they ever step through the front door. As a result, the way listings are presented online continues to evolve.

One tool gaining momentum across the industry is iGUIDE. Combining an interactive virtual tour with a professionally measured floor plan, iGUIDE gives buyers a far better understanding of a property's layout, flow and overall feel before attending an inspection.

For agents, it means a more engaging online experience, better-informed buyers, and another way to help a listing stand out in a competitive market.

What is iGUIDE?

iGUIDE is a 3D capture and measurement system that produces two things from a single scan of a property:

• A professional floor plan - with accurate measurements, calculated room sizes, and total floor area
• An interactive virtual tour - where buyers click through the property to explore each space

The realestate.com.au integration

iGUIDE virtual tours are fully integrated with REA. Buyers browsing a listing can launch the tour directly from the listing page - embedded natively, not via a third party link meaning more buyers actually use it. With REA’s investment in iGuide this integration will only be further enhanced in the future and this will continue to be a better user experience for the buyer looking at properties online.

How we use iGUIDE at NCPro Visuals

The whole team will be equipped with iGUIDE cameras and will be using them to capture floor plans. For the last 15 years we have been manually drawing up floor plans onsite using laser measurers to measure each wall and space. There have been other capture methods available using different technology over the years but the accuracy was never good enough and it took just as long as our manual method so we haven’t felt the need to change.

However now the accuracy with the LiDAR technology on the iGuide cameras and speed and ease of use makes this the right time to make a change. What previously took 30-60 minutes to measure up a property now takes around 15 minutes. Less time onsite measuring floor plans means we won’t keep agents and vendors waiting as long and more time and focus can be given to the creative work.

Pricing

Floor plan pricing remains unchanged. The iGUIDE virtual tour is available as an add-on to any floor plan booking, or as part of a standalone iGUIDE package. Get in touch for pricing.

Please note: if a floor plan is booked the virtual tour captures the interior of the property. If your listing also includes a site plan, exterior capture will also be included - giving buyers a complete view of both the inside and the land within the virtual tour.
